Previous roles within Amazon include: leading one of the largest 3P sellers on the Amazon site globally (Amazon owned subsidiary), leading Alexa Retail expansion in Europe, and Vendor Management within Consumer Electronics. After leaving Amazon James gained experience in strategy consulting, helping clients with global eCommerce channel planning & organisational design through to executional best practices & eRetailer negotiation training.

James’ focus areas for the business going forward include: driving efficiencies and automation within existing processes, and expanding the Expert Edge value proposition with new tools and feature sets.
